TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED - Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

3. may be communicated or made available:

- to subjects who can access the data by virtue of a provision of law, regulation or legislation, within the limits provided by these rules,

  • - to other subjects who provide services for purposes related to the fulfillment of the requests of the interested party, to the extent strictly necessary to carry out their duties.
  • - to associated companies (subsidiaries - parent companies) always for current "administrative and accounting purposes" connected with the fulfilment of the requests of the interested party

If, at the time of the contact request, the interested party should communicate special categories of data (such as: personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as processing of genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person), specific consent to their processing may be required, in the absence of which it may not be possible to process the requests of the interested party. 

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

Personal data provided voluntarily by the person concerned by subscribing to the Newsletter:

> The data are processed with mainly automated tools for the sole purpose of satisfying the requests of the interested party, who has the right to interrupt the aforementioned processing at any time.

> The data may be processed by communication and marketing personnel, personnel in charge of the maintenance of computer systems whose task is to ensure the functionality of the systems, data security and backup operations, other employees within the limits of the assignments received and the provisions of company procedures and other subjects who provide services for purposes ancillary to the fulfillment of the requests of the interested party, to the extent strictly necessary to carry out their tasks

> may be communicated or made available:

- to subjects who can access the data by virtue of a provision of law, regulation or legislation, within the limits provided by these rules,

  • - to other subjects who provide services for purposes related to the fulfillment of the requests of the interested party, to the extent strictly necessary to carry out their duties;

Data Retention

The data communicated, unless otherwise indicated by the person concerned, will be kept for the time necessary to satisfy the requests of the person concerned and to comply with the law. 

More specifically, in the case of purchases, data of an accounting and fiscal nature will be kept for a period not exceeding ten years for administrative and accounting management requirements deriving from national regulations. 

The e-mail addresses provided for the sending of newsletters will be kept until 18 months after the last sending or until the interested party opposes the sending of the same.

What are Cookies 

A cookie is a small amount of data, often containing an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a Web server and then stored on your computer's hard drive. The cookie is then re-read and recognized only by the Web site that sent it each time you make a subsequent connection.

THE COOKIES USED ON THIS SITE. 

We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor do we use systems for tracing users.
